When working with a chiropractor (along with some myofacial release ) I had 15 or 20 minutes with clients in what seemed like a *MASH unit for injured & clients with pain multiple trauma ... Since many had recent injuries I had to come up with some way to treat them safely & effectively ( fully clothed ) with out inflammation or further injury!What makes cst effective & unique is Its safe yet very effective not many contraindications .Easy on the practitioner , can be integrated with other therapies CST follows tissue & release...I often see improvement /results immediately Works with clients inner physician , helps when other modalities may not...its a whole body approach I will continue my education taking courses in cranio sacral therapy through the upledger institute & integrating it into my massage practice
