Consider core work, such as Yoga for flexibility and Breath work /Meditation for a clear mind to combine with strength training such as weight lifting...

I am in the office today and considering some topics for mts to discuss...I would love to hear from mts/bodyworkers that are working for themselves as business owners in holistic health...also I would love to hear from clients/others who are interested in massage therapy and holistic health...
